Water, wash away
The past samscaras hidden
Deep within old space

Connect to the Earth.
We only have One.
This is our Home for now.
Let’s be here together.

Touch the dirt.
Feel the breeze
Meet the clouds.
Let the Sun Shine in.

Catch the gentle whispers.
Blessings abound.
Celebrate each miracle.

Life is offering you Ambrosia.
Accept the sweetness.
Open your senses, and
Bask in the delight of Now.

Under the waves of emotion,
There is a deep place of stillness.
But to get here,
You must first be there.

Honor your emotions.
Feel them.
Know them.
See them.

Ride the waves.
Then leave the surface.
Dive down to the depths.
Into the darkness.

And remember
You are not emotion,
You are the stillness within.
